Evolve & Align – Terms & Conditions
1. Parties & Scope
a. These Terms apply to all services (coaching, consulting, digital products) offered by Evolve & Align, based in Lucerne, Switzerland, to clients in Switzerland and abroad.
b. Clients acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement constitutes therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice; coaching remains educational and supportive in nature uniqueresilientmindSina
2. Coach–Client Relationship
a. Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process guided by ICF ethical standards uniqueresilientmind.
b. Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes arising from coaching sessionsuniqueresilientmind.
3. Services, Fees & VAT
a. Fees are quoted in CHF (or agreed currency), plus Swiss VAT if applicable.
b. Full payment is due before program start. For multi-session programs, a non-refundable deposit may be charged (e.g. CHF 500) lam.unisg.ch+3AdminTe
c. Late payments may incur reminder charges and lead to suspension of services until payment is receivedAdminTechlam.unisg.ch.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
a. Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions are billed in full uniqueresilientmindSinaps ADHD/ADHS.
b. All fees are non‑refundable, except at the discretion of Evolve & Align or where required by Swiss distance‑selling laws (14‑day right of withdrawal) uniqueresilientmin

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
a. Except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Evolve & Align’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question salutacoach.chuniquer
b. There is no liability for indirect, consequential or special damages.
c. Clients agree to indemnify Evolve & Align against claims arising from their actions during the coaching programuniqueresilientmindKell
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
a. All client information is kept confidential. The coaching relationship is not legally privileged like medical or legal confidentiality uniqueresilien
b. Data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nFADP) and GDPR where applicable; refer to the Privacy Policy for specifics.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All materials provided (worksheets, recordings, tools) are the sole property of Evolve & Align. Clients may use materials personally but must not reproduce, distribute or share them without written permissionuniqueresilientmindS
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to deliver obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g. illness, technical outages, strikes).
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms are governed by Swiss law, specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 394–418 mandate, plus general contract law) globalnegotiator.com+7Gen

10. Entire Agreement, Severability & Amendments

By booking, paying or ticking the checkbox (e.g. “I have read and agree to Terms & Conditions”) you acknowledge you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
